Wednesday afternoon affords a timely break in the week's schedule. Teams may visit any number of local and state attractions. Lunch and supper are not provided on Wednesday to allow groups more opportunity to explore the local culture.
Dress: Weather varies greatly. Bring clothing for both hot and cool weather. Closed toe shoes and long pants are necessary for the work sites. No tank tops will be allowed. Other clothing guidelines can be found in the handbook. The important principles to remember for clothing are safety and modesty.
Team Leaders: New team leaders will need to attend on-site orientation. Other members may also attend for a fee of $50 per person. This orientation time is essential for team leaders to understand team leadership, plan for construction tasks, and prepare for ministry. All costs for the POT are covered for team leaders with the exception of travel to and from Dayspring.

Breakfast and dinner are served at camp. Sack lunches and water or lemonade are supplied for the work site.

Morning devotion times, prayer times, and an opportunity for group devotions with host families encourage spiritual growth. A full all-ages evening program offers time for worship, teaching from God's word, singing, and prayer and sharing.
